1. Uxoricide is wife-murder. This most horrible crimenever has justification, even if a husband discovers his wife inthe very act of committing adultery.

2. A man who kills his wife with the moral or physicalconcurrence of another woman whom he intends to marry, incurs adiriment impediment (of crime) which makes the proposedmarriage impossible. The same is true of a wife who plots and actswith an unlawful lover to cause her husband's death.
